Combined coach and ticket packages will go on sale at 7pm BST on Wednesday 1 October, as the festival rewards green travellers with the chance to be the first to secure their Glastonbury 2015 tickets. The festival’s continued commitment to green travel sees 15,000 coach and ticket packages on offer.
Standard weekend tickets will then go on sale at 9am BST on Sunday 5 October.
Festival goers can book a ticket by paying a £50 deposit per person, with up to six tickets available per transaction. The remaining amount is then due in 2016. The full price of a Glastonbury 2015 ticket is £220 + £5 booking fee and they can be bought online here.
As part of Glastonbury’s ongoing efforts to cut out ticket touting, anyone who would like to attend next year’s festival will need to have completed the free registration process before tickets go on sale. It only takes a few minutes and can now be done straight from your smartphone or tablet by logging on to the registration website.
If you have registered for a recent Glastonbury Festival, it is likely you are still registered. However, please do check your existing registration, to make sure it is still valid, and that your photo is still a good likeness.
