Square Enix caused near mass hysteria at the Sony press conference during this year’s E3 with its announcement of two next-gen titles. Square Enix’s game director Tetsuya Nomura unveiled the trailer for Final Fantasy Versus XIII, which showed gameplay footage and revealed that the game would in fact be titled as Final Fantasy XV. A short teaser trailer for Kingdom Hearts III was also revealed. Sony confirmed that both titles will be available on PlayStation 4, and added that Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will be released on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
Square Enix has just released a third gameplay video of the current alpha version of the MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. The video is the second part of a tour of The Black Shroud, the woodland area surrounding Gridania.

The alpha testing for the game will begin this winter, and Square Enix is currently still recruiting testers on Windows PCs. The beta testing will then run from late January to early February.
The official You Tube channel of Final Fantasy XIV has released a trailer to mark the end of the MMORPG (Massively multiplayer online role-playing game) in its current state. The game’s current incarnation will soon be taken down and replaced by an updated Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn later this winter. The trailer sees the Eorzean Alliance take their final stand against the Garlean Empire.
A Realm Reborn is currently in alpha-testing, but Square Enix has revealed that beta-testing will run from late January to early February. Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will be available on PC and PS3.
