At the Tokyo Game Show 2012, Namco Bandai Games unveiled Gundam Breaker, a third person action game available for PlayStation 3 and Playstation Vita consoles. Unlike many of the other Gundam games that try to recreate the robot anime itself, this game uses digital versions of the plastic models. Players can chose either a 1/144, 1/100, or 1/60 scale digital plamo to fight against each other with backdrops of dioramas and miniature sets, including a diorama of Diver City Tokyo, the home of the real life-size Gundam statue (featured in the trailer). The game will be available in 2013.
Based on the 2010 PS3 release Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland, Atelier Totori Plus will be available for PS Vita on 29 November in Japan. Videogames company Tecmo Koei have released a trailer that reveals the characters and some in-game footage.
An expansion of the original PS3 game, Atelier Totori Plus will feature more costumes, illustrations and alchemy recipes; it will also provide downloadable characters for owners of the PS3 version. This RPG will be priced at ¥6,090 (about $78) for the standard edition or players can purchase the limited edition with a Vita decal and paperweight for ¥8,190 (about $104).
Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland was released in America and Europe one year after its 2010 Japan release; therefore Atelier Totori Plus is likely to have a similar delay for a UK release.
